Content Production

Whether you need a simple PowerPoint template created, a 4x3 presentation reformatted to 16x9 or a complete custom presentation produced, IEM’s creative services team supports all of your content production requirements.

Content Management 

IEM’s content management technology allows presenters to submit their presentations to a secure, event-specific upload site prior to an event. These presentation files are then checked for compatibility with your event’s actual hardware and software. On show site, presenters can load, re-load, review, and/or revise their presentations via an IEM staffed and networked speaker ready room. The speaker ready room computers are networked to all meeting rooms and automatically push the final presentations to the correct location where a simple click on the presenter’s name located on the meeting room’s computer will launch the presentation. IEM also supports your on-site social networking and e-Poster requirements.

Content Recording

This high-resolution content capturing service converts valuable presentation content into on-demand archives and learning modules. A computer-based capturing system records the presenter and their visual aids (PowerPoint, videos, etc.) exactly the way in which they appear during a live program. This cost-effective solution delivers a finished product ready for on-demand viewing shortly after an event in either a single screen (presenter or content) or dual screen (presenter and content) format.
